Shipping policy

R10 ships from its fulfillment location to customers in the United States and eligible international destinations.

Processing time

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days, excluding weekends and holidays. You will receive a shipping confirmation with tracking information when tracking is available.

United States

● Flat-rate shipping: $12 USD

● Estimated delivery: 3–7 business days after dispatch

International

● Flat-rate shipping: $30 USD

● Estimated delivery: 7–21 business days after dispatch

International customers are responsible for customs duties, import taxes, and local fees assessed by the destination country. These charges are not controlled by R10.

Delivery estimates

Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed. R10 is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs processing, weather disruptions, or incorrect shipping information supplied at checkout.

Shipping-address accuracy

Customers are responsible for reviewing the shipping address before submitting an order. Contact support@r1092.com immediately if an address correction is needed. R10 cannot guarantee that an address can be changed after an order has entered processing or fulfillment.

Lost shipments

If tracking has not updated or an order has not arrived after the estimated delivery window, contact support@r1092.com with your order number. R10 will review the shipment information and assist with the carrier investigation where available.

Damaged or incorrect deliveries

If an item arrives damaged or you receive an incorrect item, contact support@r1092.com within seven calendar days after delivery. Include your order number and clear photographs of the item and packaging.

Final-sale release

MG27 is a limited annual release. All MG27 purchases are final sale and cannot be returned, exchanged, or refunded, except where applicable law requires otherwise. Review the product measurements and select your size carefully before completing your purchase.
