These Terms of Service (the “Terms”) govern access to https://www.r1092.com (the “Site”) and purchases from R10. By accessing the Site or placing an order, you agree to these Terms.

1. Business information

R10 is an independent design house offering apparel, leather goods, limited releases, and related objects through its online store.

2. Eligibility and permitted use

By using the Site, you represent that you are at least the age of majority in your jurisdiction or have permission from a parent or legal guardian where required. You may not use the Site, its products, or its services for an unlawful purpose or interfere with the security or operation of the Site.

3. Products and availability

Products are subject to availability. R10 may modify or discontinue products, limit quantities, or correct product information, pricing, and other errors. We make reasonable efforts to display product colors, materials, measurements, and images accurately, but appearance may vary by device and display settings.

4. Pricing, taxes, and payment

Prices are displayed in U.S. dollars unless otherwise stated at checkout. Applicable taxes, shipping charges, duties, and other fees are shown or assessed as required. Payments are processed through Shopify and authorized payment providers. By placing an order, you represent that you are authorized to use the payment method and that the billing information is accurate.

5. Order acceptance and cancellation

An order confirmation does not guarantee acceptance. R10 may decline or cancel an order for reasons including suspected fraud, pricing or listing errors, payment issues, inventory limitations, or shipping restrictions. If R10 cancels an order after payment, the amount paid will be refunded to the original payment method.

Customer cancellation requests should be sent to support@r1092.com as soon as possible. A cancellation is not guaranteed after an order enters processing or fulfillment.

6. Shipping and delivery

Processing and delivery times are estimates. Carrier delays, customs processing, weather events, and inaccurate shipping details may affect delivery. Shipping terms, rates, duties, and delivery guidance are described in the Shipping Policy. Nothing in these Terms limits rights that cannot be waived under applicable law.

7. Returns and refunds

Eligible return requests must be submitted within 14 calendar days after delivery and must satisfy the Return & Refund Policy. Items identified as final sale or non-returnable before purchase, including MG27, are not eligible for return except where applicable law requires otherwise.

8. Intellectual property

The Site and its content—including logos, product names, designs, graphics, photographs, video, and written material—are owned by or licensed to R10 and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. They may not be reproduced, distributed, modified, or used commercially without written permission.

9. Third-party services and links

The Site may rely on or link to third-party services, including payment providers, shipping carriers, analytics providers, and social platforms. Their products and services are governed by their own terms and privacy practices. R10 is not responsible for third-party sites or services except where applicable law provides otherwise.

R10’s collection and use of personal information are described in the Privacy Policy and applicable customer-privacy controls.

11. Disclaimers and limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, R10 is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses arising from use of the Site or products. Where liability cannot be excluded, R10’s liability is limited only to the extent permitted by law. These Terms do not exclude or restrict any consumer right that cannot lawfully be waived.

12. Severability and waiver

If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in effect. A failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver of that provision or any other right.

13. Changes to these Terms

R10 may update these Terms. The current version will be posted on this page with a revised effective date. Changes apply prospectively unless applicable law requires otherwise.

14. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Louisiana and applicable federal law of the United States, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, except where mandatory consumer-protection law provides otherwise.
