ORDER PROCESSING
Orders are processed within standard fulfillment time frames after purchase. Processing times may vary during limited releases or high-volume periods.
Once an order is placed, it begins preparation immediately and cannot be modified.

R10 is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs processing, or circumstances beyond our control.
INTERNATIONAL ORDERS
International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees imposed by their country. These charges are not included in the purchase price or shipping cost.
RETURNS
Returns are accepted in accordance with the following conditions:
- Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition
- All original tags must be attached
- Returns must be initiated within the stated return window
Items returned that do not meet these conditions will not be accepted.
FINAL SALE ITEMS
Limited releases, special collections, and marked final sale items are not eligible for return or exchange.
EXCHANGES
Exchanges are subject to availability. If the requested item is no longer available, the return will be processed according to the return policy.
DAMAGED OR INCORRECT ITEMS
If you receive an item that is damaged or incorrect, contact us promptly with order details and supporting images. Each case is reviewed individually.
REFUNDS
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method once the returned item is received and inspected. Processing times may vary depending on the payment provider.
