Shipping & Returns
R10 ships from our fulfillment location to customers in the United States and internationally.
Order processing
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days, excluding weekends and holidays. A shipping confirmation with tracking information is sent when the order dispatches.
United States shipping
- Flat-rate shipping: $12
- Estimated delivery: 3–7 business days after dispatch
International shipping
- Flat-rate shipping: $30
- Estimated delivery: 7–21 business days after dispatch
International customers are responsible for customs duties, import taxes, and local fees required by their destination country.
Delivery estimates are not guaranteed. R10 is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs processing, weather disruptions, or incorrect shipping information supplied at checkout.
Shipping address accuracy
Customers are responsible for confirming the shipping address before completing checkout. R10 is not responsible for orders delivered to an address entered incorrectly by the customer.
Returns
Eligible R10 products may be returned within 14 calendar days of delivery. Returned items must be unworn, unwashed, in original condition, with all tags attached and original packaging included.
Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the item is defective or the incorrect item was sent. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days after inspection.
MG27 final-sale policy
MG27 is R10’s limited annual Mardi Gras release. All MG27 purchases are final sale and cannot be returned, exchanged, or refunded, except where required by applicable law.
Please review the MG27 garment measurements carefully before selecting a size.
Damaged or incorrect orders
If an order arrives damaged or an incorrect item is received, contact support@r1092.com within seven calendar days of delivery. Include the order number and clear photographs of the item and packaging. R10 will review the claim and provide the appropriate resolution when approved.
