R10 Archive

R10 Archive

The R10 Archive documents the development of the house through time.

Unlike seasonal fashion calendars, the R10 system evolves through controlled cultural moments rather than constant releases. Each entry in the archive represents a specific period in the development of the brand and the objects it produced.

Objects remain.

Time continues.

The archive exists to preserve that progression.

The Mardi Gras Series

The R10 Mardi Gras Series represents the first and longest-running release structure within the R10 system.

Each edition is introduced during the Mardi Gras cultural cycle in New Orleans. The timing is intentional. Mardi Gras represents ritual, symbolism, and historical continuity — qualities that align with the R10 philosophy of permanence and repetition.

Rather than operating through traditional seasonal fashion schedules, the series appears once each year.

Each release becomes part of the archive.

MG19 — Foundation

Year: 2019

The 2019 release marked the first appearance of the R10 Mardi Gras Series. This initial edition established the concept of annual cultural releases tied directly to the timing of Mardi Gras in New Orleans.

The objective was not to follow traditional fashion cycles but to develop a structured system in which each year would introduce a new symbolic interpretation.

The foundation of the archive begins here.

MG20 — Continuation

Year: 2020

The second release reinforced the concept of repetition within the series. Rather than treating the annual drop as a novelty event, the 2020 edition confirmed the structure as a recurring cultural program.

Symbols, materials, and garments continued to evolve while maintaining the controlled identity established during the first release.

The series transitioned from experiment to system.

MG21 — Expansion

Year: 2021

By the third year, the Mardi Gras Series had begun to establish its rhythm. Returning annually allowed the symbolism and aesthetic language of the project to mature.

The archive began to represent more than isolated releases. It became a timeline documenting the gradual development of the house.

Repetition created continuity.

MG22 — Refinement

Year: 2022

The 2022 edition continued the evolution of the series while refining its visual language. Materials, embroidery techniques, and garment structures became increasingly disciplined.

Each release demonstrated a clearer connection between symbolism and construction.

The archive expanded while the identity became more precise.

MG23 — Structural Clarity

Year: 2023

By 2023, the Mardi Gras Series had established itself as a permanent component of the R10 system.

The annual rhythm allowed the brand to develop symbols that could return in different forms across years. The series was no longer defined by individual garments but by the continuity of its cultural framework.

The archive had become a historical record.

MG24 — Symbolic Evolution

Year: 2024

The 2024 release continued to build upon the visual and symbolic language of previous years while refining the material execution of the garments.

Embroidery and graphic elements evolved while maintaining alignment with the underlying philosophy of permanence and restraint.

Each year contributes another layer to the archive.

MG25 — Current Cycle

Year: 2025

The current edition reflects the maturity of the series as a structured cultural release rather than a seasonal product drop.

Garments introduced during this cycle continue the development of symbolic embroidery and controlled garment construction that has defined the program since its beginning.

The archive remains open.
